All links are official Microsoft direct downloads (Retail / Current channel). Microsoft pushes updates through these same URLs — no need to update the links.
General Notes
- Online installers are small (~3-5 MB) and always install the latest version.
- Offline installers are larger (~3-4 GB) and contain both x86 & x64 — they may be a few months behind but will update after install.
- Most offline links exist only for the full suites (ProPlus, Business, HomePrem).
- These are Retail channel — you need a valid license to activate.
- For custom installs or Volume licenses, use the Office Deployment Tool method.
Which Product to Choose?
Microsoft 365 Apps (O365ProPlusRetail or O365BusinessRetail) give the most features and continuous updates. Office 2024/2021 versions are separate.
